OMG this is good. And super easy. I got the recipe for this from "A Taste of Home" Slow Cooker Recipes magazine. I think. It's called ministers delight.
1 Box Yellow Cake mix
1 (or 2) 21 oz can Pie filling (Recipe called for Cherry, I used Blueberry)
1 Stick Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
Melt the butter.
Dump cake mix in bowl, mix in in the melted butter
Pour pie filling into slow cooker (We have a 6 quart cooker, so I used 2 cans)
Pour cake/butter mix onto pie filling & level it out.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
Enjoy!
