Who'd have thought such a thing? I'd never hsve known, if a friend hadn't sent me this recipe, I'd have never made one.
How'd it turn out?
Quite good, I thought, even if:
I forgot the vanilla
Used "light butter" to grease the pie pan
Cooked it for 45 min @ 400' instead of 55 min @ 350'.
Ah well, I'm throwing it back in for a little longer at a slightly lower temp to firm it up a bit more, and it will be very difficult to resist eating the whole darn thing tonight...
