Mojito Mojo...

So I've seen the Guy Fieri cook up his Mojito Chicken episode of Guy's Big Bite on more than one occasion, and it always looked so yummy, so yesterday I decided to make it. You can't go wrong with this one! Not only is it fairly simple to put together, it tastes fantastic.
