Tuna Steaks

Recipe: Chimney Tuna Loin
Results: Delicious Tuna Steaks. I opted not to use sesame seeds (too damn expensive), and I didn't use a chimney, but a hot, hot, cast iron pan. Yummy, yummy, yummy.

Got Stale Doughnuts?

If you have oh, say 16-18 stale doughnuts, and don't know what to do, make Doughnut Bread Pudding. OMG it's good.....

Nuts about Dough!

Circle of Life was on the other day, and that inspired us to create some Doughnuts!.

1. This recipe makes a lot of doughnuts.
2. This recipe is quite the project (4 hours, from dough to doughnuts)
3. They are really good doughnuts.
4. Did I mention that this recipe mskes a lot of doughnuts? (about 4 dozen).

Results: Really yummy doughnuts. Lots of Really Yummy Doughnuts.

Chops Ahoy!

What do you do when you don't know what to do with those pork chops? Stuff them! While these chops were good, my wife thought they were a bit salty from the brine. I quite liked them though, and thought they weren't over salted. Regardless, they were quite tasty.
