Giada Attack!

Well, it has been some time since this space has been updated. That doesn't mean I haven't been cooking, just not much new... I've made Chicken and 40 cloves at least 4 times since the first, and I've drank several Tofu Thangys, but lately, I've been on a mexican and italian kick. Dunno exactly why. Maybe I miss Italy...

Regardless, we had some yummy eats last night. Chicken Parmesan, accompanied by Lemon Spaghetti. Wow, was that ever good.

I've also made Pizza de Spaghetti, and I think it turned out really well:



Oh, speaking of Good Eats, I have made a recipe... I made "Morning After Bread" from I'm Just Here for More Food. It came out ok, but I'm no Master Baker. Yet.

Recipe: Morning After Bread
Results: Dense, but somewhat airy wheat bread, with a good flavor. This recipe makes 2 standard loaves. It is interesting to watch what happens when you put the dough into 1 loaf pan... Suffice to say I'm glad I used my Probe Thermometer to cook it to temp, because the cooking time was nearly doubled... Ain't nothing like homemade bread, I just wish I was better at it. Time to get baking!
