First things first was to finish the Chocolate Ice Cream I started the night before.

Results: I'm not *entirely* done - the Ice Cream is sitting in the freezer at the moment. I'll have some after lunch. But if licking the bowl was any indicator, this will be some Good Eats.
Then, for breakfast, a quick, yummy, nutricious "meal".
Episode #40, Tofuworld
Recipe: Tall & Tangy Tofu Thangy
Results: A tart, delicious smoothie that wieghed in @ around ~300 calories. My usual breakfast smoothie usually settled in @ ~500 calories, so I could add flaxseed oil to this and still be under budget. Hmmmm.....
